I went on a surf trip to PR with my uncle a few years ago. While I truly enjoyed surfing in shorts as I watched the reef rush by under my feet, one of my favorite parts of the trip took place outside of the water. In between morning and afternoon surf sessions the crew and I would take an afternoon siesta at a café/surfshop called Playa Brava. The food was delicious, there was cool artwork on the walls, and the atmosphere was very chill. Connected to the café is a surfshop that specializes in longboards, but also had a few shortboards to choose from. The owner's name is Tupí, and he is a very good surfer with a laid back, welcoming vibe. Playa Brava is the perfect place to chill and grab a bite to eat in between sessions, and I would highly reccomend it to anyone who visits Aguadilla/ Puerto Rico.
